Product – Maxima StarSail
Requirement – The British International School in Tbilisi, Georgia is a super school which needed some shade over their play areas. They identified the StarSail from our Maxima range and decided that three sails would complement their outdoor areas beautifully. The design means that there is only one post which means that the children have fewer posts to navigate and a greater shaded area in which to play.
Solution – They were right, the products were delivered; grey steelwork and shade cloth in Yellow and Brunswick Green. The striking colours really added to the aesthetic of the setting. The yellow sail over the sand pits looks particularly smart.
Result – The StarSails were shipped all the way from our headquarters in Shropshire to Tbilisi in Georgia, a journey of 2805 miles! As you can see from the photos the journey was worth it. The StarSails transformed the play areas and the children can now enjoy the warmer weather, safe from UV rays. Outdoor playtime and learning time are important parts of the school curriculum and these new additions expand the options for children at The British International School.
