What was the project brief?
Daventry Hill School in Northamptonshire were looking to add a bespoke and fun shade feature to their new garden space. Our consultants reviewed the area and designed a bespoke modification of our Maxima Sail™ canopy, compromising of three triangular shade sails tensioned to a total of five steel posts. The colours chosen for the sail include our Mellow Haze, Bundeena Blue, and Lime Fizz; this vibrant combination was paired with a Signal Green Duracoat™ which ultimately created a fun and eye catching design for the children to enjoy.
Whilst the space adds a great pop of colour to the area, it also provides real function; our shade cloth fabric can protect students from up to 98% of harmful UV rays, ensuring they can play safely without getting too hot or sunburnt.
