Eton Park Junior Academy in Staffordshire Installs Three Shade Umbrellas

Eton Park Junior Academy in Staffordshire wanted to enhance their outdoor area to shelter pupils during their break times, as well as providing teachers with the option to teach their lessons outdoors.

What did the project involve?

Eton Park Junior Academy in Staffordshire initially enquired about designing a collection of canopies for their playground area, which could be used by pupils to seek shade during break times in the summer and would also provide teachers with the option of hosting lessons outdoors. The school also liked the idea of incorporating the school’s dark green colours on the canopies. After listening to all of the school’s needs, our helpful consultants worked with the school to design some Exceptional Covered Spaces™. We installed three Maxima Umbrella™ canopies, offering excellent coverage across their school field – with each canopy measuring 6000mm X 6000mm. To match the school’s colours, a Moss Green Duracoat™ was used on the steelwork and a Tennis Green waterproof fabric for the roof. These three fabric umbrella canopies have been an exciting addition to Eton Park Junior Academy, and we look forward to hearing about how the pupils and teachers take advantage of this new area.
