Outdoor Shelters Provided for Sir Harry Smith Community College

Sir Harry Smith Community College were looking to provide functional spaces to encourage students to make the most of their outdoor space. By adding canopies to the area, students can enjoy the spaces during rain or shine. A&S Landscape were excited to get started on designing bespoke canopies for each space.

What was the project brief?

For the school dining area, we installed three canopies (measuring 5600mm x 4000mm each) and a larger canopy (measuring 15400mm x 4000mm) in the sixth form social area; both canopies were finished with Squirrel Grey Duracoat™ and Opal roofs for a simple yet robust design that protects against rust, scratches, and corrosion.

The bike storage includes two canopies (measuring 11200mm x 2000mm each) with Moss Green Duracoat™ and Clear polycarbonate roofs, providing ample space for staff and students to store their bikes, and shelter them from rain.

We are pleased to have been chosen to support the growth of the school and their capacity. If you are also looking to expand your capacity, whether it be for dining, learning, or events, get in touch with our consultants today.
