What was the project brief?
Carnforth High School are a Secondary School in Lancashire, that is part of The Bay Learning Trust. They were looking for a cost-effective solution to expand their dining capacity; as despite having large halls, they found that during wet weather students would crowd indoors to avoid the rain; therefore, they wanted an outdoor shelter to accommodate their growing intake.
We provided the school with our Motiva Linear Lite™ canopy, featuring a duo apex roof. The canopy has an Anthracite Grey aluminium frame and an Opal polycarbonate roof that enhances light in the area while blocking UV rays.
