Dining Canopy Installed for Dover Christ Church Academy

What was the project brief?

Dover Christ Church Academy were looking to increase their capacity to accommodate their 850 pupils during lunch. As specialists in school dining canopies, A&S Landscape worked closely with the school and their trust, Turner Schools, to ensure that their canopy project was built to provide quality, longevity, and provide a safe and inviting space for the students to enjoy.

What were our shelter solutions?

We provided Dover Christ Church Academy with our Motiva Vista™ canopy, measuring 15000mm X 15000mm. The canopy’s glass sides and the addition of heating and lighting make it a comfortable space for students to enjoy all year round, even during the darker and colder winter months. Our Motiva Vista™ design is one of our most versatile canopies; whilst commonly being used for dining, they can also be used for teaching, events, and much more thanks to their large size and added protection with glass sides.

About the Client

Dover Christ Church Academy has been part of the Turner Schools Trust since September 2023. The trust has shared their aims to transform children’s futures, empower families, and strengthen the communities of their six academies, and work closely with each school to ensure that they have top-of-the-range facilities to accommodate their pupils – therefore, we are glad that we could assist with their canopy project.
