This new outdoor sheltered area has proved to be an excellent addition to the Business Park, the space is large enough to facilitate outdoor seating and is a great area for staff to take advantage of the nice weather during their breaks.

What was the project brief?

A large, covered area was needed to provide additional outdoor shelter at Halton Brook Business Park in Aylesbury. The client wanted the canopy to have a modern and sophisticated design, in keeping with its surroundings. The canopy also needed to be functional all year round, and therefore protect from both harsh UV rays as well as rain.

What was our canopy solution?

We had a wide range of canopies that could have worked effectively in this area, so we worked with the client to design a canopy to their exact taste. We supplied a bespoke variation of our Maxima Sail™ product; here six steel posts were used to support two separate waterproof fabric roofs (measuring 6000mm X 6000mm each). The final design had a Basalt Grey Duracoat™ on all steelwork, with an Olive waterproof fabric roof.

Halton Brook Business Park is located in the rural area of Aylesbury and currently hosts suppliers of medical and hospital equipment, including De Soutter Medical Ltd and Zethon.
