Rushcliffe School in Nottinghamshire Convert Quad with Outdoor Canopy

When the senior management team decided to look at a covered area, they began talks with A&S Landscape to look at the options. Having identified where they wanted the canopy it was then down to agreeing the best design. The LRC quad had been an unloved, unused area of the school which flooded. The idea of giving it a new lease of life was very exciting.

Rushcliffe School in Nottinghamshire decided on a steel and polycarbonate canopy from the Motiva Duo range. It was installed at 16000mm x 8000mm with Green (RAL 6005) steelwork and an opal polycarbonate roof.

The children are pleased to have another area outside to enjoy. No more worrying about finding a seat to eat their lunch. Now they can socialise and eat at their leisure, encouraging social interaction and better eating habits. As we all know, when children have eaten well they can concentrate better and this leads to improved focus and learning. All this from a new canopy. A great result! Fabric Playground Umbrella Created for Willow Brook Primary School

In collaboration with a commercial partner A&S designed a playground umbrella for Willow Brook Primary School, Keyworth, Nottinghamshire. The job involved the supply and fitting of one Maxima™ waterproof Umbrella structure supported on a single upright measuring 8000mm X 8000mm.

Straight Roof Polycarbonate Shelter Fitted at The Trinity Catholic Voluntary Academy

In collaboration with our building contractor client our team constructed a straight polycarbonate roof canopy for The Trinity Catholic Voluntary Academy, Aspley, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. Full details are: one Motiva™ Cantilever straight roof canopy measuring 2400mm X 1800mm The contract included one Motiva™ Cantilever straight roof canopy measuring 2400mm X 1800mm.

St Anns Well School Install Straight Roof Shelter

In combination with our building contractor client we constructed a straight polycarbonate roof canopy in St Anns Well School, Hungerhill Rd, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. The contract included the supply and installation of one Motiva™ monopitch straight roof canopy measuring 7600mm X 7000mm with Alu-Tuff™ aluminium box profile guttering and downpipes in matching Dura-coat™ colour finish.

Burntstump Seely Academy Install Two Shelters

In combination with our building contractor client our team constructed two straight polycarbonate roof canopies in Burntstump Seely Academy, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. The contract included the supply and installation of one Motiva™ monopitch straight roof canopy measuring 9000mm X 4000mm and one Motiva™ monopitch straight roof canopy measuring 4000mm X 4000mm.

Playground Sail Shade Designed for Nottingham Girls’ High School

Our team built a waterproof sail structure for Nottingham Girls’ High School, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. The job involved one 5000mm x 5000mm Maxima™ tensile waterproof fabric sail structure comprising of one square sail on four uprights including for all stainless steel fixtures and fittings and four post protector pads.

Holy Trinity Catholic Primary Nursery Add Polycarbonate Canopy

In collaboration with our building contractor client we designed a canopy for Holy Trinity Catholic Primary Nursery, 94 Boundary Road, Nottinghamshire . The job involved supply and installation of two polycarbonate sheets to existing single cycle store, including for the dismantling and removal of the existing sheeting.

The full contract involved the supply and installation of one Motiva™ monopitch straight roof canopy measuring 13500mm X 3500mm and 2500mm X 1500mm with Alu-Tuff™ aluminium box profile guttering and downpipes which were coated in a matching Dura-coat™ colour finish.
