Wyndcliffe Primary School needed a space where their pupils could enjoy time outside, throughout the year. Luckily, A&S Landscape had the perfect idea in mind to transform breaktimes at the school.

The chosen Motiva Linear canopy measures 8750mm X 3915mm, which gives the pupils enough space to let off steam. The school decided to feature a multicoloured polycarbonate roof, to give the canopy a pop of colour. The RAL colours Moondust, Daffodil and Mandarin perfectly complement each other and the surrounding buildings. Now when the sun shines, the coloured light streams through the canopy to brighten up the playground and stimulate the pupil’s senses and imagination.

The pupils can now enjoy break times out in the fresh air, come rain or shine. The teachers also have the opportunity to hold lessons in an alternative environment to the classroom, offering an engaging experience. The pupils of Wyndcliffe Primary School can now learn outside the restrictions of a classroom with four walls. And if it is raining, windy or even snowing, parents can wait under shelter for their children too. This straight roof canopy has truly transformed the once unused space.

School playgrounds and any outdoor play equipment is a wonderful way to provide your students a healthy way to get a break from the classroom.
