Bespoke Canopy for Loughton Manor First School Milton Keynes

At Loughton Manor First School we tackled one of our favourite jobs. Installing a brand new structure on a brand new school at a bespoke size, with the added value of shutter doors. This bespoke Motiva canopy was installed with shutters and a fire door at 26000mm x 4000mm, with smart, sharp white steelwork throughout (RAL 9010) that matched the fresh, clean, professional look of the new building.

Project Specification

We know that no client is standard and we know that everybody has a vision of what they’re looking for. Whilst we offer standard solutions we also work with our clients to create the right solution for their needs. That’s where our capacity for Bespoke structures comes in, diverging from our regular product designs to accommodate your specific preferences.

With a Motiva Bespoke design, we can construct in Steel, Aluminium, Timber, Polycarbonate and Steel Mesh, manufacturing an original solution through a series of consultations with you. Contact us now if you want to create something quite unique for your building.

How big of an issue is childhood obesity and how can this be combatted by teachers and parents

Shelter we installed at Laughton Manor SchoolChildren are largely not in charge of the food they have or the exercise they undertake. Furthermore, when they exercise, the respiratory implications and body weakness can cause embarrassment amongst their peers as they struggle to move. Though, it is necessary to endorse healthier eating, more exercise, and help a child who lives with obesity in tackling the depression, anxiety, stigma, and the health and academic repercussions linked with obesity, which is a task much more significant than it first looks to be.

We can explain some of the remedies Dame Sally Davies includes in her report: Time To Solve Childhood Obesity into three factors.
