What did the project involve?
We installed two 4000mm X 4000mm Maxima StarSail™ canopies at Haseltine Primary School, featuring Aniseed roofs and Squirrel Grey steelwork which made for cheerful, breezy structures that would offer effective shelter in all sorts of weather. The institution’s staff – who provide opportunities for ‘learners to be curious and to explore, create, research and investigate’ – requested that we add a pair of post pads to keep pupils safe when playing around the shade sails, and the models have greatly improved the outdoor facilities available.
