What was the project brief?
St Mary and St Chad CofE School were looking to add some shelter to their playground in Staford. After reviewing the space, our consultants provided the school with our Motiva Linear™ canopy, measuring 5500mm by 3000mm, the size provides enough coverage for the children to play under, or store equipment without overwhelming the playground. The design sports our Slate Grey Duracoat™ for long lasting protection against scratches, corrosion, and rust. For the roof our popular Opal polycarbonate roofing was used, which eradicates UV rays whilst amplifying light in the space. The school also opted to add post pads to the canopy in the shade Yellow to add a pop of colour and added safety.
