What did the project involve?
Stoke Damerel Community College sought to add a cover to their school entryway, next to the front car park; with this in mind, the new canopy needed to be top-of-the-range to ensure visitors would have an excellent first impression of the school.
We designed and installed our Motiva Duo™ canopy with dimensions 10000mm X 6000mm, this product benefits from a steel framework, covered with our Gentian Blue Duracoat™ which is exceptionally robust. For the roofing, our most popular Opal polycarbonate sheeting was chosen, which amplifies light in the area, whilst irradicating harmful UV rays. The school now has an Exceptional Covered Space™ to greet visitors attending the school, which serves its purpose to provide ample shelter to students waiting outside.
